It's December 15, 2023Hello Outdoor Lovers - I have to admit, I've got vertigo. Does anyone else have to give themselves a "horse blinder" with a hat when hiking on narrow ledges or near cliffs so they cannot see down?
But the Alps and Dolomites are filled with incredible Via Ferrata (klettersteig)
They are ladder/rung/rope assisted sections of hikes, so I've been testing my inner ear on places in Germany that offer some "scary factor".Places like ππ»

Maybe if i keep practicing here it'll make the Alps via ferrata more accesible?
