Mosel Wine Hikes and Dolomites AMA – Don’t Miss Out!

Hello lovely Hikers!

The first weekend in September means big things happening in the Mosel Valley. The “Wine Festivals” along this lovely hidden part of Germany proceed the “Oktoberfest” style parties and offer amazing culinary and wine hiking opportunities with good weather.

Watch this video of a stunning hike to the 2020 winner of “Most Beautiful Viewpoint in Germany” and I found a castle hotel restaurant along the trail and ordered lobster pasta to fuel up mid-hike.

Or, this vineyard and castle hike that took a strange turn with ACTUAL wine queens.

Hiking Challenge Updates

I realised that my 500 mile hiking challenge from last week was not in alignment with best practices for human optimization. Instead of focusing on processes, I focused on the goal which we all know is a bad practice.

Therefore, I’ll be switching to a process based goal vs an outcome based goal. More to come and I hope to inspire others to consider a “process” vs a “goal” when it comes to living your best life.
