🏰 Rhine River Germany Castle Hike

Hey there Outdoor Lover!

I wanted to share my experience on the Rhine Castles Trail in Germany. It is 200km divided into 13 stages, each offering breathtaking views of the Rhine Valley Gorge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The trail takes hikers through a cultural landscape dotted with vineyards, castles, and forts, making it a off-the-beaten path destination for Nature and culture lovers.

It’s also well connected by train so you can start and end each section (or the entire thing) with a train to return the start. It’s perfect for beginner thru hikers, or even day hikes.
